John Galanos - Systems Engineer (Managing Director)

A systems engineer with 36 years of experience in defence and commercial communications systems, electronic warfare, air traffic control systems, sheleterised applications, wide area networks, switching networks, shipboard communications, “specialised” communications, EMI/EMC applications, the management of small and large projects, and the rescue of projects in distress. Experienced in all facets of the design, integration, test, and commissioning of electronic systems. He has Masters and Bachelors degrees in engineering, an Associateship in communications engineering, is a Chartered Professional Engineer (No 96129), and a member of SESA..

Neil MacDonald - Systems Engineer (Associate)

A career that spans 25 years, based on the application of the principles of contemporary systems engineering in the communications domain, with emphasis on defence communications in the second half of his career. He has Masters and Bachelors degrees in engineering, consolidating his experience gained over many projects into a body of knowledge that can be applied to the benefit of future projects. Member of IE(Aust), SESA, and Associate Member of the Institution of Railway Signalling Engineers.

Anthony Harry Truman - Chemical and Environmental Engineer (Associate)

With 46 years of experience in the field, he is highly skilled in environmental management, audit planning and preparations (ISO and ASA), license compliance issues, improvement programs (EIP's); wastewater treatment, physical, biological, chemical, and sludge management; solid waste management, thermal (incineration), biological (composting), disposal (landfill, with fixation, leachate control); air emissions control, odour, acid gas, VOC's, toxic organics, by absorption, wet and dry scrubbing, adsorption and incineration; and containment and spill control - oil and chemicals, safety and environmental issues, land-site, rivers and impoundments, and marine environment.

Mark Lyford - Mechanical Engineer (Associate)

Provides design, manufacture and test of equipment specifically for (a) Design and ruggedisation of electronic & mechanical equipment for use in harsh military or industrial environments with regard to shock & vibration, temperature, water, dust, EMI & EMC and ergonomics; (b) Design and integration of transportable or mobile electronics, communication systems, enclosures and racking. Highly experienced in Project Management, Systems Engineering for design of electro-mechanical equipment and integration of communications systems, including ISO 9000 compliance, engineering design, manufacture & test process control.

Shane Bulfin - LAN/WAN Specialist (Associate)

A  computer systems engineer with 27 years experience in computer servicing. Experienced in Microsoft server operating systems and LAN / WAN design, construction and maintenance, Wireless and broadband internet communications, and OCR / Imaging / Workflow financial transaction systems. Has worked for such companies as ICL, Health Computing Services Victoria, Ansett Airlines, Computer Entry Systems(USA) and Banctec (USA), and involved in hardware & software support of customers such as National Australia Bank, Coles Myer, Diners Club International, Motorcharge, and the Royal Automobile Club of Victoria.
