Management of Subcontractors & Vendors

Oversight

Most contracts require the support of subcontractors and vendors. At times these may not be located in the same city or state as the Prime Contractor.

Whether the contractors, subcontractors, or vendors are located locally to or remote from the prime contracting authority, PES can supply support for managing such contracts and reporting in detail back to the contracting authority.

Services Offered

• Oversight a subcontractor or vendor during delivery of its products and services

• Oversight test and acceptance activities

• Meet regularly with subcontractor or vendor to try and resolve problems before they become critical

• Work with the subcontractor or vendor in the event of a problem emerging to try and achieve resolution

• Provide the client with status reports on progress by the subcontractor or vendor

• Assist the client to close out a subcontractor or vendor order
