• Technical Reviews

• Gate Reviews

• Integrated Product Teams (IPT) development/leadership/participation

• Design activity

• Test and acceptance plans and performance

• Contractor representation to customer

• Troubleshooting and problem solving

• Technical/Operational documentation

• Subcontractor supervision

For the Sub-contractor

• All products as for the Prime Contractor
